Gov. Asa Hutchinson said at this week’s Arkansas Community College Academic All-Star Awards luncheon that as one who looks at how the state can achieve greater levels of academic performance, he sees community colleges as fitting an “incredible” need, not just in Arkansas, but in the nation.
