Ohio colleges fill empty buildings downtown
With the help of local philanthropists, Central Ohio Technical College acquired an old two-theater cinema more than a decade ago, then raised $5.7 million during the nationwide recession to renovate the space. The school’s 33,000-square-foot Ariel Hall opened in 2012.
