Register for PASI
Summer will be here before you know it, and so will the Presidents Academy Summer Institute (PASI). Join AACC in Dana Point, California, July 21–24 for this professional development opportunity. PASI is for CEOs of community colleges, providing intensive focus on current challenges, emerging trends and opportunities unique to that position.

For future leaders
The next AACC John E. Roueche Future Leaders Institute, or Roueche-FLI, will take place June 24–27 in Washington, D.C. It’s aimed at mid-level community college administrators, including faculty, who look to be leaders in their current positions or are ready to move into a higher level of leadership. Funding is available to help cover the cost of the institute. Also happening June 24–27 is the Future Presidents Institute for senior leaders aspiring to the community college presidency.

Raise your voice on Capitol Hill
AACC welcomes community college leaders to participate in Advocates in Action, a two-day advocacy event to advance the community college federal agenda. Advocates in Action will take place June 11–12 in Washington, D.C.

Webinars for workforce education
The U.S. Department of Labor has a webinar series aimed at community colleges engaged in career-focused education and training. The resources featured were produced by grantees of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) program. Check out the webinar schedule online.

Advancing student development
The National Council on Student Development (NCSD) invites you to submit nominations for the Walter G. Bumphus Leadership Institute, which will be held June 7-9 2018, in Mesa, Arizona. The institute is designed to nurture participants for career advancement in student development. Submit nominations by April 30 to info@ncsd-aacc.com.

100K Innovation Fund Grants
The U.S. Department of State encourages all higher education institutions to apply for Innovation Fund Grants to expand student exchange and training opportunities. To apply, first join the Innovation Network and then check out the available grants.

Apply for the HEED Award
The INSIGHT Into Diversity Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award recognizes colleges and universities that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion. Applications are due June 30.
