Delgado Community College in New Orleans says it will build an advanced technology building on its Algiers campus and an allied health, nursing and culinary arts building in downtown New Orleans.
Meanwhile, Sowela Technical Community College in Lake Charles plans a $10.2 million building to train workers in culinary, gaming and hospitality fields.
