New CEOs
Jacqueline Screws is now president of Chattahoochee Valley Community College (CVCC) in Alabama. Screws has more than three decades of experience in education administration and student affairs. Most recently, she was dean of student affairs and of Sparks Campus for Wallace Community College (WCC)–Dothan, a role she served in for more than 17 years. Previously, Screws was dean of student services of Sparks Technical College before it merged with WCC–Dothan in 1999.
Appointments
Jennifer Boehmer is the next executive director of advancement at Linn-Benton Community College in Oregon, effective March 1. Boehmer has more than 20 years of experience in communications, most recently as director of strategic communication at Portland Community College (Oregon).
Georgeann Moss has been named the Dallas County Community College District’s first executive administrator for sustainability outreach and initiatives. She previously was the district’s director of digital communications.
Clayton Railey is now executive vice president and provost for teaching, learning and student success at Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) in Maryland. Previously, Railey taught English and philosophy at Chesapeake College and has held several administrative positions, including most recently vice president for workforce and academic programs at Chesapeake College.
