Big changes loom for Delgado Community College

After several years of shrinking student enrollment and relentless state budget cuts, Louisiana’s Delgado Community College may eliminate some academic programs and impose layoffs as part of a downsizing effort ordered by the state’s community college system.

In California, some community colleges are saying goodbye to trees and hello to solar panels. It’s something almost every school in Clovis Unified School District as well as Fresno State have incorporated.
