GOP lawmakers reject Walker’s tech college tuition freeze

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker called for a two-year tuition freeze at the Wisconsin Technical College System. He also proposed increasing state spending on technical colleges by $5 million per year to offset the lost tuition revenue.
